These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Luma ("Luma", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Luma dating application (the "App"). This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Luma. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older, can form a binding contract, and are not barred from using the service under applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including a verification selfie when requested. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the community.
Luma has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no grace period and no warnings for the conduct listed below.

You can report abusive users or content and block any user directly in the App. We use a combination of automated and human moderation to review reports. We aim to review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them within 24 hours, which may include removing content, warning, suspending, or banning the responsible user and removing them from the App. By using Luma you consent to this moderation. We may also remove content or accounts at our discretion to protect the community.
Luma offers safety tools such as verification, trusted friends, date check-ins, and live-location sharing. These tools are aids, not guarantees. Luma does not conduct criminal background checks on users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. Always use your own judgment, meet in public, and tell someone you trust about your plans. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Luma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your content as needed to operate and improve the App. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it.
The App is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, they will be sold through the applicable app store's in-app purchase system, and additional terms (including pricing, renewal, and cancellation) will be presented to you before purchase.
You may stop using Luma and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community. Some provisions survive termination, including content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luma and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other users, whether online or in person.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Luma only, not Apple, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Similar terms apply to Google Play and Google where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
